Our building information services provide you with access to independent information on a range of building issues.
Many clients seek out our services because they would like to use green building or natural methods or products in their project. Others just want a home that will use as little energy as possible, to protect them from future energy price rises. This may or may not entail the use of modern technologies and methods.

The earlier in the build that the right decisions are made the easier it is to make sure the right decision is reached.
At GreenBuild, we prefer an approach of not so much giving advice, but rather to providing as much solid information as is required to allow you to make decisions that you are happy with and which will work in your project.
Meetings and reviews
The information service is run on the basis of meetings with the client. These can be on a one off basis, or held regularly.
Greenbuild can also research products and methods of work and provide you with comparison/specification documents and quotes for these.
As we are independent, we do not accept 'cuts' from suppliers, although some suppliers and companies appear regularly on our shortlists for clients, simply because they are good companies.
Site visits
Site visits can be useful if you are not sure how to proceed in the areas of energy efficiency/renewable energy, or if you simply require reassurance that work is proceeding well.
Please note that GreenBuild site inspections do not replace your Homebond, Premier Guarantee, engineer or architect visits.
Greenbuild building information services can be offered as a package or on an individual basis, depending on your requirements.
In line with our Green Agenda, whilst we are happy to service all areas, we especially welcome enquiries from Wexford, Wicklow, Carlow and South Dublin counties (i.e. our travel zones 1 and 2). It simply means less time and energy travelling to sites.
